3. Contractors’ Rights

In the event of a data breach posing a high risk to Contractors’ rights and freedoms, FLUID MARKET will promptly notify the affected Contractors.

Requests must be accompanied by proof of identity.
FLUID MARKET will respond within one (1) month. In complex cases, this period may be extended by two (2) additional months. If no response is received or if the response is unsatisfactory, Contractors may file a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority (CNIL in France: https://www.cnil.fr).
4. Data Management After Death
Contractors may define instructions regarding the retention, deletion, and communication of their personal data after death in accordance with Article 40-1 of Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978. These instructions may be general or specific and should be sent to hello@fluidmarket.fr.
5. Data Transfer Outside the European Union
As of the date of this Policy, Contractors' Data is not transferred outside the European Union (“EU”). If future Site or Product developments necessitate such transfers, FLUID MARKET will implement all necessary procedures to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
