Preparation: Our logistics teams prepare your order within a maximum of 5 business days.
Delivery: Once the order is handed over to the carrier, we can no longer be held responsible for delivery times.
Customs duties: For any delivery outside the European Union, any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery outside Europe: For any order to countries outside Europe, delivery is made according to Incoterm EXW (Ex Works). It is exclusively the customer's responsibility to arrange for the collection of the goods from our warehouse; we do not provide any transport services for these areas.
Once the order is prepared, the customer has 15 days to collect the goods. After this period, a late penalty of €50 per week will be applied.
