Expected format: F-YYYY-NNNN (e.g., F-2025-0001)
Please provide a photo of the product taken from a distance of at least 15 cm so that the product can be clearly identified. You can add multiple photos. If the defect is only visible in a very close-up photo, to the extent that we cannot identify which product it is, we unfortunately will not be able to consider it defective.
