Exclusivity rules for store locations & restocking management*

For these cities - Paris, Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse, Nice, Nantes, Montpellier, Strasbourg, Bordeaux, Lille and Rennes:

• Nothing within a 10-minute walk : no new points of sale will be opened if you restock regularly. Monitoring will be carried out approximately every month.

In other cities :

• Nothing within a 10-minute walk or 10-minute drive , if you restock regularly. A follow-up will be carried out approximately every 2 or 3 months depending on the size of the city.

Monitoring, management of restocking and breadth of offer:

Depending on the city, follow-ups will be conducted every month or every three months. If no restocking has been carried out in the meantime, or if sales are below the brand's objectives, or if the product selection is not broad enough, we may contact you to review our partnership. In this context, we reserve the right to integrate a new store in your area if necessary.

These rules only apply to stores of the same category :

• Concept stores and family stores

• Florists

• Restaurants and grocery stores

• Museums

Unselected products : If certain products from our collection are not listed in your store, we reserve the right to place them in a store near yours.

We want our collaboration to be beneficial for everyone, so we're always open to discussion. If you have any specific needs or would like to discuss these rules, please let us know as soon as possible.

We do our best to avoid any problems and ensure a respectful implementation for everyone. However, errors can sometimes occur. In this case, we will contact you to find suitable solutions with you.
